LED display screens are electronic products, and just like any electronic product, they are prone to malfunctions during use. Below are some tips for repairing LED display screens.

Common Problem Troubleshooting:

a) Check if the power supplies of the main control computer, control equipment (video processor, sending card, etc.), and screen are all turned on. If not, turn on the relevant device’s power.

b) Check if the main control computer display mode is set to duplicate mode.

c) Check if the video signal source indicator window on the screen panel of the video processor displays normally. If it shows no signal, check if the relevant video source input device is turned on, or if the cable is disconnected.

d) Check if the sending card indicator light is blinking normally. If not, check if the video signal cable of the sending card is disconnected.

e) Check if the output network cable of the sending card is disconnected.

a) Check if the cables from the main control computer or other video source devices are loose or not securely connected.

b) Check if the cables of the video processor are loose or not securely connected.

c) Check if the cables of the sending card are loose or not securely connected.

a) If the non-display area is the size of the sending card control area, check if the corresponding sending card power is on, and if the video signal cable is disconnected.

b) If the non-display area is the size of the sending card control area, check if the network cable connected to the sending card and receiver card port position is loose or disconnected.

c) If the non-display area is the size of the receiving card control area, check if the corresponding receiving card signal indicator light is normal. If abnormal, check if the connected network cable is loose or disconnected.

d) If the non-display area is the size of the receiving card control area, check if the corresponding receiving card power indicator light is normal. If abnormal, check if the power cable of the corresponding receiving card is loose or disconnected.

a) View from the front of the screen and check if the cable from the input port of the rightmost module in the non-display area is loose or disconnected.

b) View from the front of the screen and check if the power cable of the rightmost module in the non-display area is loose or disconnected.
