Information processing: After receiving the call from users, the customer representative of Vewell will, according to the service demand of customers, process user information, establish user information file, and via Vewell customer service management system, in real time, transmit the user service demand information to the corresponding service center.

Door-to-door service: After receiving the assigned task, the service management center will contact the user as soon as possible, and according to the user service demand, make a service response, provide normative and efficient door-to-door service (for Beijing only) in order to meet the user's service demand.

Service feedback: After the service is completed, authorize the service supplier to feed back the service result via Vewell customer service management system to customers.

User visit: After completing the service, Vewell customer service center will visit the user as soon as possible, supervise the service response quality and collect the feedback of the user and enter it into the user information file in order to provide data support for service quality analysis, following service and value-added service.
