Application Case of 3×3 Tiling Demonstration Project for Client Service Center of CRCT

    Ⅰ. Client Overview

    China Railway Container Transport Corporation Ltd is a large state-owned transportation enterprise with qualification of railway container carrier approved by the Ministry of Railways and registered in the State Administration for Industry and Commerce. The company assets totaled RMB 6 billion and the registered capital is RMB 3.5 billion.

    The main business scope of the company covers domestic and international railway container transportation, container multimodal transport and international through railway transport, logistics services of warehousing, loading and unloading, packaging and distribution as well as businesses of containers, special purpose vehicles and facilities for containers and railway tarpaulin management and leasing etc. It is also international and domestic cargo agency providing economic, technological and information consultation and services related to the above mentioned businesses.

    The company has 18 branches in Harbin, Shenyang, Beijing, Hohhot, Zhengzhou, Jinan, Shanghai, Nanchang, Guangzhou, Nanning, Chengdu, Lanzhou, Urumqi, Kunming, Wuhan, Xi’an, Taiyuan and Qinghai-Tibet as well as 7 container processing stations directly under the regional administration in Beijing (E.), Beijing Dahongmen, Yangpu, Chengdu (E.), Chongqing (E.), Dalang and Kunming (E.). In addition, it has 31 operating departments in economically developed cities and 668 container processing stations in railway, providing safe, convenient and fast service of container transportation.

    Ⅱ. Project Overview

The client service center of the company is the business display center responsible for handling large quantities of operations in client business consultation, complaints, cargo tracking, freight inquiry, dispatching of steps in transportation and key clients businesses. The client service center is available to handle various businesses simpler and more efficiently through installing large screen display system, thus it is necessary for upgrading hardware in client service center. Furthermore, the large screen tiling wall could become even clearer and more direct-viewing to display various business information so as to provide guarantee for client service center staff to handle business consultation and complaints promptly and effectively.

    Ⅲ. Product Selection

    Based on the on-site survey for Client Service Center of CRCT by Vewells engineers as well as the analysis of the customers demand , the Vewell 46-inch ultra-slim bezel tiling V46-SN20L was finally selected to be used in the 3×3 large screen tiling project. Supporting 7 × 24 hours incessant power-on, Vewell 46-inch ultra-slim bezel tiling can achieve more than 50,000 hours’ service life with HDMI, DVI and RS485 remote control interfaces to meet the needs for various projects. What’s more, the Vewell 46-inch ultra-slim bezel tiling is as slim as 7.3mm, being the slimmest among LCD tiling video-walls, thus it has perfect display effect beyond our imagination.

    Ⅳ. Concrete Measures for Quality and Service Guarantee

    More than ten years’ experience in the design and manufacturing of control stand and monitor shelf;
    The installation personnel are professional personnel dispatched by our company with similar experience in complex system installation;
    Before signing the contract officially, the owner is allowed to inspect the production base of manufacturers to ensure we are qualified to finish designated tasks;
    Having similar project experience and real successful cases for inspection;
    Possessing ISO9001 Certificate;
    Checking the outer appearance of control stand and monitor shelf after installation and commissioning to fix if there have misfit, surface treatment, loose parts, misalignment, damage and loss etc;
    Checking carefully the surface of all the work benches and the monitor shelf including each connection screw and key and repairing immediately in case of any damage and loss.
